SCM Development Inc. was founded on a simple frustration: too many projects get stuck because nobody is accountable across trades. Owners get bounced between framers, drywallers, mechanical and finishes — and every gap turns into a delay.

We built SCM differently. One licensed general contractor, every major trade under one roof. Demolition, framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drywall, concrete, masonry, welding, painting and finishes — all coordinated and executed by our own crews.

From a small residential remodel in Burbank to multi-phase commercial build-outs across the Chicago metro, we treat every job the same way: pull the permits, sequence the trades and deliver clean.
